Real-Time Captioning Services and Special Needs Requests
Real-time captioning services will be provided for all lectures in Hall B. Dedicated seating areas near the screens will display the captioned text.
If you require American Sign Language, CART transcription services, or have a disability or special need that may affect your participation in the annual meeting, contact meetings@sfn.org. SfN cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodations without prior notification of need.
For assistance with special needs or disabilities on-site, visit the SfN headquarters office in Hall A in McCormick Place.

Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals
For scooter and wheelchair rentals, please contact the vendor below.
Note: There will be a limited supply of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and knee walker scooters available for rent on-site.
Scootaround Inc.
Reservations will be processed through the SfN customer service page or by calling (888) 441-7575. If contacting by phone, press option 1 to speak with a representative in the reservations department to place a rental order. Scootaround is located in the North/South Building, near Gate 4, close to the coat check area in McCormick Place. -
Accessibility at McCormick Place
Accessible parking is available in Lot A (located on Martin Luther King Drive), Lot C (located underground in Lakeside Center) and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place parking garage. Throughout the complex, you will find entrances, elevators, restrooms, and services that offer the accessibility that is required. Accessible parking is available in Lot A for events in South, North or West Buildings and in Lot C for events at Lakeside Center.
Elevators are located near the main entrances in all McCormick Place buildings and near the main exhibit halls on all levels.

Child Care
On-site child care and youth programs are available for children ages six months to 12 years in room S504A in McCormick Place. This service is provided through KiddieCorp, a national firm with more than 38 years of experience, including 14 with SfN, in on-site conference child care.

Individuals aged 17 and under will only be permitted to attend the annual meeting with adult supervision, and badges will not be issued to these individuals.
First Aid Services
There will be a First Aid Station conveniently located in Level 2.5 South Building in McCormick Place. Please direct all inquiries to meetings@sfn.org.
Infant Care Facilities
The infant care room, located in room S504D of McCormick Place, is designed to provide privacy for parents and guardians caring for infants. The room is equipped with chairs, tables, and electrical access in private areas for nursing or pumping. Additionally, the room has an open seating area, diaper changing tables, and a water cooler (room temperature). The room will be open Friday, October 4–Wednesday, October 9.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing their own infant care supplies. A limited number of lockers will be available for storing supplies. The infant care room is unsupervised. SfN is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur in this room or any items left unattended.
There are three private nursing pods in McCormick Place called Mamava Lactation Suites. Download the Mamava mobile app to unlock these suites. These pods are located at:
- Lakeside Center, Level 2, by the Gift Shop
- North/South Level 2.5 across from Starbucks
- West Level 1 near the Main Information Desk on Indiana Avenue
Prayer Room
There will be a prayer room available for attendee use in room N127 in McCormick Place. The prayer room is unsupervised, and SfN is not responsible for the loss of any personal property left unattended in the room.
Shuttle Service
SfN provides complimentary shuttle services between McCormick Place and most official SfN meeting hotels, with the exception of hotels within walking distance to the convention center. Details about shuttle stop times and locations will be available at a later date.
