List sales for 2019 have now closed. 

All requests are subject to the approval of the SfN Marketing & Sales department. If approved, mailing list purchased is for a one-time only use and list cannot be duplicated. Attendee demographic breakdown is below.

Materials

Request your mailing list and submit your sample mailing piece, including copy for any covering material to amsales@sfn.org.

Processing

Companies can submit payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or check (paying by check will delay the processing of list for up to two weeks because payment must be received in advance). To pay by check, contact amsales@sfn.org. Note: All checks are to be in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to the Society for Neuroscience. Mailing lists consist of the attendee name and mailing address only. Once the mailing piece has been approved, you will receive approval code by email to proceed with payment. Once payment is submitted, you can download your list. Requests will not be processed until full payment has been received.

List Format*

Once purchased through the online portal, all lists will be sent via email to the exhibitor contact. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to forward lists onto the mail house. Names and address are current as of attendee registration submission. SfN is not responsible for returned mail. SfN is not permitted to release attendee email addresses. SfN is not responsible for any expenses related to the printing or mailing of unapproved marketing pieces.
