October 1 – October 22
Complete your tech check and record your session. Review event policies and expectations, provide additional presentation and profile information through your personal task list. 

November 3 – 7
All meeting attendees will have access to the virtual environment and be able to view on-demand content (symposia and posters only, your content will not be available on-demand until after the session is broadcast).

November 8-11
Participate in the live ARS text-based Q&A with audience members while your session recording is broadcast.

November 30
The recording of your lecture will be available on-demand for registered attendees until November 30, 2021.
