"Know Before You Go" Email Banner Ad (NEW) - SOLD

Reach thousands of attendees’ inboxes with a banner ad at the top of a “Know Before You Go” email, one of three wide-reaching communications for Neuroscience 2024. Sent at crucial times in the run-up to the meeting, each of these three emails highlight different aspects of the attendee experience: 1) announcing the launch of the NMP (Neuroscience Meeting Planner), 2) announcing the launch of the #SfN24 Mobile App, and 3) supplying key information and logistics to attendees just days before the meeting opens. Support includes placement of your leaderboard banner ad above the email masthead.
Digital Signage
Get your brand noticed by running your ads on four, freestanding, 50-inch digital signs in high-traffic areas just outside the main exhibit hall at Neuroscience 2024. Other options include your company’s branding on static sign toppers and large decals on the base of each sign:
- Option 1 - $2,500 for your ad to appear in the rotation on all four screens (1080 x 1920)
- Option 2 - $3,000 to sponsor one static topper on one screen with your company’s branding
- Option 3 - $3,000 to sponsor one static decal on the lower portion of one screen
- Option 4 - $5,500 to sponsor both the topper and lower portion decal of one screen

Product Theater*
30-Minute Time Slot: $8,000**
Deadline: Fall 2024
Hold a presentation or product demonstration in the Product Theater, the perfect venue for reaching hundreds of decision-makers and buyers in the Exhibit Hall. The theater is situated in a prime location on the exhibit floor, with seating for 150 people. Choose your ideal presentation time during the four days of exhibits and create a unique presentation capable of reaching a wide audience.
Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Theater includes:
- Staging and audiovisual: laptop, (if requested), lectern, table mic, floor mic (Q & A), dual projectors presenting same image, stage set for two presenters
- In-person seating for no more than 150 attendees
- Pre-meeting and on-site promotions of Product Theater description and schedule; including program listing in the Neuroscience Meeting Planner, mobile app, Neuroscience 2024 website, and on-site high visibility digital signage
