Product Theater
Hold a presentation or product demonstration in the Product Theater*, the perfect venue for reaching hundreds of decision-makers and buyers in the Exhibit Hall. The theater is situated in a prime location on the exhibit floor, with seating for 150 people. Choose your ideal presentation time during the four days of exhibits and create a unique presentation capable of reaching a wide audience.
Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Theater includes:
- Staging and audiovisual: laptop, (if requested), lectern, table mic, floor mic for Q & A, dual projectors presenting same image, stage set for up to two presenters
- In-person seating for no more than 150 attendees
- Pre-meeting and on-site promotions of Product Theater description and schedule; including program listing in the Neuroscience Meeting Planner, mobile app, Neuroscience 2024 website, and on-site high visibility digital signage
30-Minute Time Slot: $8,000
