Product Theater*
30-Minute Time Slot: $9,000**
Purchase Deadline: Fall 2025
Hold a presentation or product demonstration in the Product Theater, the perfect venue for reaching hundreds of decision-makers and buyers in the Exhibit Hall. The theater area is situated in a prime location in the Exhibit Hall, with seating for 150 people per presentation. Choose your ideal time slot during the four days of exhibits and create a unique presentation capable of reaching a wide audience.
New: Detailed session title and description are due September 12, 2025, not at the time of the initial application.
Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Theater includes:
- Staging and audiovisual: Laptop, (if requested in advance), lectern, table microphone, floor microphone (for Q&A), dual projectors presenting same image, stage set for two presenters
- In-person seating for 150 attendees
- Pre-meeting and on-site promotions of Product Theater description and schedule, including listing in the Program and Exhibit Guide, Neuroscience Meeting Planner (NMP), Neuroscience 2025 Mobile App, Neuroscience 2025 website, and on-site high visibility digital signage

Digital Signage
Showcase your company in high-traffic areas of the San Diego Convention Center by placing a 15-second video or static image ad on largescale digital signage displays located throughout the building. Over the course of the five days of SfN’s annual meeting, your ad can be featured on up to nine displays across six high-traffic locations. Digital advertisers also receive recognition in the official Neuroscience 2025 Program and Exhibit Guide.
Please note: Digital ads will appear for 15 seconds in rotation with other ads on each screen; 15-second videos are also permitted (no audio)..

Special Signage in the Product Theater

Project your company’s ads on the large screens in both Neuroscience 2025 Product Theater locations between presentations. The Exhibit Hall (where the Product Theater is centrally located) will be open November 16–19, 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m., with 30-minute presentations running just five times per day. Factoring in setup and teardown time for the presenters, expect your ads to run for 15-minute intervals several times throughout the day.
Please note that Product Theater screens are projector-only, not LED digital signage, so colors may appear muted.

Pronoun Sticker Bar
Exclusive Support $3,500
Highlight your organization on signage at SfN’s pronoun sticker bar, prominently located at attendees’ first stop in the convention center. The sticker bar distributes complimentary pronoun stickers (e.g., she/her, they/them, and he/him) to any attendee who wishes to wear one.
Note: Wearing a pronoun sticker is not required for anyone; it is simply offered as an option to everyone at the meeting, with the goal of promoting inclusivity and visibility among meeting attendees and the broader neuroscience community.
