Neuroscience 2025 Virtual Component
Join Us Online for the Neuroscience 2025 Virtual Component
The Neuroscience 2025 Virtual Component will include both virtual posters and live broadcasting of select sessions, as well as Q&A opportunities. All livestreamed sessions and virtual posters will be available on-demand for one month after the meeting ends. SfN Council is pleased to continue offering a virtual component to enhance the experience of Neuroscience 2025 for in-person attendees and allow at least some access to those who cannot travel for any reason, including health, caretaking, cost, etc.
Virtual Component Offerings
The Neuroscience 2025 Virtual Component consists of virtual posters and livestreams of featured and special lectures. Up to 24 lectures will be livestreamed from the San Diego Convention Center, and a recording will also be available on-demand after the session broadcast. Virtual attendees will be able to participate in the live Q&A for each livestreamed session.
Virtual Poster Details
Virtual posters will consist of a single or multi-page PDF with the option to upload a video that is five minutes or less. Each poster will have an asynchronous chat where visitors can leave questions or comments for poster presenters. Presenters can log in and answer questions/comments at their convenience.
All Neuroscience 2025 abstract presenters will have the opportunity to present their poster in-person, virtually, or both. The primary presentation choice must be indicated at the time of abstract submission. In-person presentation includes the option to present virtually. Virtual-only registration includes this single presentation option.
Viewing and On-Demand Access
All Neuroscience 2025 registrants will have access to the virtual component platform. The platform will open one week before the meeting and remain available for one month after the meeting. Access the virtual platform to view virtual posters and watch select scientific sessions livestreamed or on-demand.
Content in the virtual platform is subject to the SfN Photography and Recording Policy.
Utilize the annual meeting mobile app to submit questions for speakers in the live-streamed sessions. Moderators of the sessions will select from among the questions and pose them live to the speakers during the Q&A portions of the sessions.
