What Is Bonus Day?
Bonus Day is the 24-hour period prior to the official opening of advance member registration for Neuroscience 2024.
During this time, SfN members who activated their 2024 membership by March 15 at 11:59 p.m. EDT can register and secure housing for the Society’s annual meeting before this opportunity opens to the wider membership.
What Are the Benefits?
SfN’s annual meeting housing blocks fill up quickly, so having access to Bonus Day allows you to be one of the first in line to secure your preferred accommodations.
And of course, the earlier you activate your 2024 membership, the earlier you’ll be able to enjoy SfN’s exclusive benefits available throughout the calendar year — including virtual events, publishing and professional development opportunities, and subscriptions to JNeurosci and Neuronline.
When Can I Redeem This Perk?
The Neuroscience 2024 registration and housing websites will open to Bonus Day-eligible members in July, with the exact date and time to be announced in spring 2024. If you are subscribed to SfN's meeting and events emails, you will receive a reminder prior to the site's opening. Please note that you must first register for the meeting in order to book accommodations in SfN’s housing block.
