It’s week three of SfN's "Take the Hill Home" in August effort. This week, use social media to tell your legislators that cuts to biomedical research harm all Americans. By participating in our August activities, you are joining your fellow scientists all over the country and telling Congress that enough is enough. We need greater investments in research, not cuts.
Look up the Facebook and Twitter handles of your senator and representatives and then use the sample messages below to ask them to reverse sequestration and invest in science. Click on the link to tweet the message, or copy and paste into Facebook.
