These policies are meant to facilitate awareness of research presented at the annual meeting, while safeguarding sensitive information, data, and research findings that are not yet available to the public. The policies are in place for all meeting attendees, and they pertain to communications involving any equipment capable of recording or transmitting, including mobile devices and cameras. Any reference to photographs and photography should be interpreted as including filming.
